Looking for new studies and experts to quote? Whatever type of column you write, professional authority and the latest research will bolster your position. One of the most valuable tips shared at a NSNC conference was the website, www.newswise.com.
Now I use it daily to find column material. A free registration allows journalists access to new studies in various fields.
Now Newswise has just introduced Expert Pitch, an immediate way to find experts on breaking news events. Follow @expert_pitch on Twitter. These same experts are available on the www.newswise.com bulletin, but are posted the following day.
